Scallop Shark Fin Soup Recipe

Preparation

  1. 1 sachet of Scallop Shark Fin Soup Spices
  2. 100g enoki mushroom (Root removed)
  3. 1 egg
  4. 4 bowls water (1000ml/ 34oz)

Method

  1. Boil 875ml water.
  2. Place enoki mushroom in boiling water and simmer for 2 mins.
  3. Blend dry mix with 125ml water. Stir in till broth thickens. Turn off fire.
  4. Beat in egg. Serve hot.

Note: To enhance flavoring, include shark fin (250g) and crab meat (20g).
