Scallop Shark Fin Soup Recipe
Preparation
- 1 sachet of Scallop Shark Fin Soup Spices
- 100g enoki mushroom (Root removed)
- 1 egg
- 4 bowls water (1000ml/ 34oz)
Method
- Boil 875ml water.
- Place enoki mushroom in boiling water and simmer for 2 mins.
- Blend dry mix with 125ml water. Stir in till broth thickens. Turn off fire.
- Beat in egg. Serve hot.
Note: To enhance flavoring, include shark fin (250g) and crab meat (20g).
