Nutritious Black Chicken Soup Spices
Preparation
- 1 sachet of Nutritious Black Chicken Soup Spices
- 1 black chicken or spring chicken (Bite sizes)
- 1/2 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine
- 6 bowls of water (1500ml/ 50oz)
Method
- Boil 1500ml water.
- Place sachet and chicken pieces in water and simmer for 60 mins on low heat.
- Turn off fire and add wine. Serve hot.
Note: Requires no additional seasoning.
